How often do I have to meet with Sean?

As much as you want. Sean has some clients that he works with weekly and has done so for years. Others meet once or twice per week for a few weeks until they feel comfortable enough to do it on their own. Still others simply meet with Sean every 4-6 weeks to get assessed on body fat, measures, nutrition, and receive a new program. They then take it to their own gym or home and work on their own until the next assessment session with Sean.
